Our Approach

We believe in a collaborative approach to therapy. We work with individuals to identify their goals and create a plan to meet those goals successfully, finding strength, meaning, and insight along the way. Our therapists are trained in crisis and trauma, breaking self-defeating behaviors, overcoming negative feelings, and using evidence-based practices.  We understand therapy can be a vulnerable experience and strive to create a safe and welcoming environment.
